Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Synerdeck client onboarding platform operated by Synerdeck (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the workspace and client data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to the data you and your clients upload.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
- New subscriptions may include a free trial. You may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 14 days through the in-app cancellation flow — see our Refund Policy for details.
- Renewal charges and subsequent billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice, effective on your next billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

5. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Customer Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synerdeck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
