Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Synerdeck subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New paid subscriptions include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends, provided you have added a valid payment method. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

2. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge through the in-app cancellation flow on your billing page. This guarantee applies to your first successful payment on a plan, not to renewals or subsequent billing cycles.

3. Standard cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or the Stripe customer portal.
  • When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless you choose an immediate cancellation with refund (when eligible).
  • Fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable except as described in section 2 or where required by law.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry collection through our payment processor. Your account may enter a past-due state until payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled. We may downgrade or suspend access if payment cannot be collected after the processor's retry period.

5. How to request a refund

Eligible refunds are initiated from Settings → Plans & pricing → Cancel plan in the app. Refunds are processed to your original payment method through Stripe. For billing questions, contact billing@synerdeck.com.
